Standard rental fees are based on a four (4) hour event with four (4) hours of support time. Should the event exceed the contracted time, overtime charges of $400.00 per hour will apply.

Your rental includes the use of The Biltmore’s tables and chairs:
     (25) 60” Rounds
     (10) 36” Rounds
     (6) 6' Rectangular Tables
     (250) Banquet Chairs
     Chiavari chairs: Please check with you account executive for prices.

The full ballroom rental is due with the return of the signed Rental & Service Agreement. This rental payment and all other deposits or payments are non-refundable.

Six (6) months prior to the event date, 50% of the beverage and service charges are due.

Five (5) working days prior to the event date, the final payment is due. The final payment must be made with a credit card or certified check.

A $1,500 security deposit is due five (5) days prior to your event as security for any damages that may occur.

Internet and phone access are available for an additional fee in the ballrooms. Ask your account manager for details.Novare Events is a facility rental company. As a courtesy to our clients, we offer in-house beverage services. All other services must be provided by a licensed vendor. See our preferred list for recommendations.

Novare Events accepts payments in the form of cash, check or credit card. Checks may be made payable to “Novare Events, LLC.” A 3% administration fee applies to all credit card transactions.
