• Daytime events must be completed by
5:00 PM
• All evening and special events have a standard 4 hour event
time with 4 hours of support time. Should the event exceed the contracted
time, an overtime charge of $400 will be applied.
• Your rental includes the use of The Event Space at Twelve
Centennial Park's built-in, roll-down screens. (10) 60” rounds,
(7) 36” rounds hi/low boys, (12) 6’ tables and (100)
banquet chairs.
• 50% of the payment is due with the contract to secure the
date. A signed contract alone does not hold the date. The additional
50% is due 7 business days before the event.
• Checks are to be made payable to “Novare Events”.
• A credit card on file is required to hold for a security
deposit and is due 7 business days before the event.
• Wireless Internet access is available and is complimentary.
• All food and beverages must be catered by our in-house caterer,
ROOM.
• Décor is exclusive through Event
