POLICIES

• Daytime events must be completed by 5:00 PM

• All evening and special events have a standard 4 hour event time with 4 hours of support time. Should the event exceed the contracted time, an overtime charge of $400 will be applied.

• Your rental includes the use of The Event Space at Twelve Centennial Park's built-in, roll-down screens. (10) 60” rounds, (7) 36” rounds hi/low boys, (12) 6’ tables and (100) banquet chairs.

• Six (6) months prior to the event date, 50% of the beverage and service charges are due.

• Five (5) working days prior to the event date, the final payment is due. The final payment must be made with a credit card or certified check.

• Checks are to be made payable to “Novare Events”.

• A credit card on file is required to hold for a security deposit and is due 7 business days before the event.

• Wireless Internet access is available and is complimentary.

• All food and beverages must be catered by our in-house caterer, ROOM.
